The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
3.3 KYC Verification. jur ph is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You agree to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport) and any additional documents requested by jur ph. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jur ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jur ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.5 Account Accuracy. You must keep your account information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the jur ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). No foreign currency transactions are supported.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. jur ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted. jur ph does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind, nor credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. jur ph aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. jur ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. jur ph may require additional verification if a withdrawal is requested to a different method.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jur ph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, as notified to the player.
5.1 General. jur ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. jur ph reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. jur ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players who have validly claimed the promotion.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the jur ph Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.
6.2 Bets are Final. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended. jur ph is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game, jur ph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. jur ph will not be liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jur ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jur ph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your jur ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.
12.2 Termination by jur ph. jur ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed verification and applicable processing times.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jur ph Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact jur ph's customer support team to initiate this process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this section shall prevent jur ph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
jur ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jur ph will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the jur ph Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
